When we first met with Invicta Stores they were already running a Magento website, it was just in very bad shape. Invicta Stores brought us on to first resolve the main extension issues in their store, then make improvements to page speed and load times, followed by a round of user experience updates and edits. After finalizing the first round of fixes to their website, we then began a longer term, user experience overhaul that should be launching end of 2016.
