Dr. David Fogelson is a professor of clinical psychiatry at UCLA as well as an experienced consultant and researcher. Our mission was simple, to design a clean, user-friendly informational website to not only provide people with information about Dr. Fogelson but to provide his patients and potential patients an easy way to send him information.

We built out the site using the WordPress CMS, including custom functionality for his curriculum vitae and a custom new patient evaluation form.
